Chiropractic Review Services
As an expert in his
field, Dr. Humberstone performs Chiropractic Peer Reviews and
Independent Medical Examinations for many vendors, third party
payers, physicians and attorneys. Consultations on Private Chart
Reviews are available upon request for Chiropractic Physicians in
search of quality assurance.

Utilization Guidelines
Guidelines should
represent reasonable and appropriate treatments for optimum
recovery. Each has its own specific parameter depending upon the
clinical circumstances. Treatment should be based on Patient Needs,
and Sound Medical/Chiropractic judgment but some cases fall outside
these guidelines. When cases fall outside these guidelines the
physician must take extra care to document complicating factors in
which recovery is longer than the natural course.
Methods of
sending and receiving materials for review.
The
fax that come into our office come from a secure facility which
encrypts the data and sends it to my computer desktop. Then it
needs to be unencrypted by our staff. They are HIPPA compliant.
In this way we can ensure your privacy. They do not lay around
in the fax machine which is unattended and they are secure an
encrypted.
