The fax that come into our office come from a secure facility which encrypts the data and sends it to my computer desktop. Then it needs to be unencrypted by our staff. They are HIPPA compliant.

In this way we can ensure your privacy. They do not lay around in the fax machine which is unattended and they are secure an encrypted.
